I'm a Software Development Engineer Tech Lead at Interco, shipping Generative AI products from whiteboard to production. I specialize in bridging complex engineering challenges and real business outcomes — owning the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Co-creator of Alerta Vecino, the largest neighborhood-security network in Mexico. Currently deep in RAG pipelines, LangChain orchestration, and Anthropic Claude integrations at scale.

How I lead: give engineers real ownership — I'd rather teach the decision than make it for them — and keep the team shipping small and often. I also believe the AI wave shouldn't be English-only, so every week I write about AI and engineering leadership in Spanish, for the LATAM tech community.

I write the code — but these days Claude Code orchestrates a good chunk of it with me. This site itself was built collaborating with Claude, agent to agent.
